As the premier professional sports team in the MLS, the Columbus Crew embarked on the journey of envisioning a cutting-edge fan experience for their new stadium. Armed with a robust strategy, I worked with a large team to unleash a plethora of innovative ideas and executions to showcase the vast array of possibilities awaiting them.
The team gathered dozens of creative minded individuals to conceptualize unique ideas for the new stadium experience.

By constructing personas, the team meticulously crafted four unique customer journeys throughout the fan experience. Leveraging the peaks and valleys encountered along these paths, we brainstormed a myriad of opportunities. Our approach encompassed interactivity, experiential elements, and marketing strategies, all synergistically integrated to elevate the overall fan experience.
